Beginner and Intermediate have been replaced with Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, and Step 4 to provide a narrower range of abilities in each class. Previous Flipper’s students will be given a class recommendation for the fall; new students to Flipper’s will begin in Step 1 or be evaluated for higher placement.
Full year, half year, and 8 week auto-enrollment pricing guarantees your class spot for the entire 2019-2020 school year. A credit card is required to be kept on file and will automatically be charged one week prior to session start date. If your child will not be returning for a session, you must give notice two weeks prior to session start date or card will be charged.
8 Week no commitment pricing does not secure your child’s spot in future sessions. With this option, you must re-enroll your child each session.
In addition to the above pricing there is a $50 annual membership fee, good from September 2019 through August 2020.
A student taking more than one class each week receives 15% off the second class.
Multiple students in one family will earn a discount – full price for the first child, 10% off the second, and 12% off all additional children.
No refunds will be given for classes already taken. If a participant wishes to withdraw from a session, he/she will be refunded for any classes not yet taken, less a 10% processing fee. Classes missed prior to notification of withdrawal from the session will not be refunded; only those classes that have not yet occurred will be reimbursed. Absences due to illness and accompanied by a doctor’s note should be made up; however, in the case where it is not possible to do a make-up, a credit will be applied to the student’s account. The membership fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for missed classes. No classes may be carried over into the next school year or summer session. If a student misses a class and does not make it up before the end of classes in June, the class is forfeited.
Students may make up a missed class in another class of the same (preferred) or lesser level. They may not make up classes in a higher level. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance and will expire at the end of Session 4.
Food is not permitted in the gym. The only beverage allowed inside is water. Students may bring a water bottle inside and leave it in the cubbies, but water should not be brought onto the mats. Shoes are also not permitted in the gym past the tiled area. Parents are allowed to sit inside the gym and watch their child’s class as long as it does not become a distraction to the class. Should the instructor feel there is a distraction, parents may be asked to wait in the observation room.
