Class Information

No classes will run with fewer than three students. Students must wear gymnastics-appropriate clothing, such as leotards or form-fitting tops and bottoms. Loose-fitting clothing can cause tripping and other hazards which lead to injury. Bare feet are required to prevent slipping on the apparatus.

Bouncing Bambini, Gym Tots and Tiny Tumblers are parent/guardian-participation classes. An adult is in the gym taking the class with the student. These classes are designed for learning beginner gymnastics skills, mastering concepts like fine/gross motor skills, hand/eye coordination, spatial awareness, partner games, and lots of fun!

Little Rockers and Rockin' Rollers classes are designed for preschoolers learning basic skills.

Rock Stars is a class for preschoolers that have been at Flipper's in the past and need a greater challenge.

Classes for kindergarteners and older are organized into Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, Step 4, and Advanced to provide a narrower range of abilities in each class. Previous Flipper’s students' class recommendation can be found on the Parent Portal; new students to Flipper’s will begin in Step 1 or be evaluated for higher placement.
